In early March 2019 I signed a listing agreement with Melaine Anderson. Two days later she had presented me with a contract of sale which was $36,000 Above my asking price. Less than two weeks later even with the fact that there was third-party financing involved the transaction was closed and funded. In my 75 years of buying and selling residential real estate I have never had service in such a timely manner. We had been waiting for a while to get a condo with a specific floor plan and when the right one came available Melaine was very helpful in navigating the negotiation process to secure the unit. She was on top of everything that was needed to get a contract in place, get an inspection, suggestions for contractors, and get us to closing without difficulties.
